Services

Individual Counselling

Life can bring challenges that feel difficult to navigate alone. Individual counselling offers dedicated time and space to focus on what is important to you, whether you are facing a specific concern or several challenges at once.

I provide individual counselling for concerns including:

  • Anxiety and depression
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Grief and loss
  • Self-esteem and confidence
  • Emotional regulation
  • Addictions
  • Relationship and interpersonal difficulties
  • Stress and burnout
  • Life transitions and unexpected changes
  • Personal growth and self-understanding

Counselling can help you better understand your emotions, experiences, and patterns, develop practical ways to cope with challenges, and explore changes that feel meaningful to you.

You may come to counselling with a clear goal, or you may not yet know exactly what you need. Either is okay. We can begin with what is happening in your life right now and determine together what would be most helpful for you.

Individual counselling is available in person and virtually.

Couples Counselling

Help with managing conflicts, communication, relationship dynamics, blended families.

Couples therapy is a journey of transformation toward healthier, more fulfilling relationships. I provide a secure and empathetic environment where couples can address their challenges, enhance communication, and rekindle the love that initially united them.

Children, Teens & Family Therapy

Every child, teen, and family is unique. Young people may experience challenges in ways that are not always easy to understand or express, and sometimes changes in mood, behaviour, relationships, school, or family life are signs that they need additional support.

I provide counselling for children, teens, and families experiencing concerns related to ADHD and neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, self-harm, identity, school challenges, relationships, family conflict, and changes within the family environment.

Growing up between cultures can bring unique experiences for young people and their families. I also support families navigating cultural adaptation across generations, identity and belonging, and differences in family or cultural expectations.

Depending on your child’s age and needs, counselling may involve individual sessions, parent or caregiver involvement, or working together as a family. We can work toward understanding what may be underneath the distress or behaviour, strengthening communication and relationships, and helping your child or teen develop the skills and confidence to navigate their challenges.

Therapy is tailored to each child’s developmental needs, strengths, experiences, and family circumstances.

Specialization

The well-being of siblings, children, parents, partners, and caregivers can sometimes be overlooked when someone they care about is experiencing mental health challenges, neurodivergence, trauma, or difficulties with cultural adaptation. They often carry incredible strength and responsibility while quietly holding worries, pressure, or pain of their own.
I have a particular interest in hearing and supporting those whose role within their family, relationships, or community is often to be the helper or caregiver. Through a culturally sensitive and compassionate lens, I provide a space where your own experiences, feelings, challenges, and strengths are recognized and valued.
Your well-being matters.
